Loafers is a local direct-to-consumer footwear brand. Loafers has been designing unique, rugged and well-built shoes and boots for over four years. Born online but now branching out into physical stores.

The Role:

The Account Manager role is like the wizard behind the scenes, who takes charge of platforms like Amazon, and others, as well as attending any events related to them. Account Manager keeps our models and quantities updated and take care of orders from these platforms. Additionally, he/she represent us on social media, promptly responding to clients through texts, calls, and emails within their shift, as well as coordinating and following orders with the courier company. Their ultimate goal is to ensure a hassle-free customer experience.


Job responsibilities include:
  • Managing 2-3 platforms like Amazon, and others.
  • Seeking new opportunities and closing them.
  • Moderating & handling sales on our social media platforms.
  • Coordinating & following orders with our courier company.
Requirements:
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Experienced with MS Office.
  • Problem solver and resourceful.

* 8 Working hours.
* Social media shifts are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM.
* Shifts change every week. (Flexible)
