Loafers is a local direct-to-consumer footwear brand. Loafers has been designing unique, rugged and well-built shoes and boots for over four years. Born online but now branching out into physical stores.

The Role:

As an Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries on our social media platforms, providing exceptional customer service by calling clients to check their feedback, and building brand loyalty. You will also be responsible for data entry from our Shopify store to Excel sheets, as well as scheduling and posting our content through our social media channels to ensure consistent engagement. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales on our social media channels. 
• Deliver excellent customer service through client follow-ups to build loyalty.
• Perform data entry from our Shopify store to Excel sheets.
• Schedule and post content through our social media channels.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for the shoe industry and knowledge of trends is a plus.
