Refund policy

At Loafers, our main priority is you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer easy refunds and exchanges to any unused product to make things smooth for you. 

*Unfortunately, at the meantime we do not process exchanges and refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or mobile wallet, within 3-5 working days. 

Shoe accessories are not refundable, anything regarding the shoe like (Insoles, Laces, Shoebags, etc..). 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES
 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or size change. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us through Instagram DM or an email at Support@loaferseg.com

Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and a courier will contact you to deliver the item, within 3-5 working days. 


SHIPPING

The Courier's Company will call you for 3 days to settle with you a delivery time, if you didn't reply on their calls for 3 days; your order will be cancelled and returned to our store. Any Change in the address should be told to them when they call you.

If your order is cancelled and returned to our store and you want to re-order it, payment will be done through online transfers before the order is shipped. 

You're responsible for paying your own shipping costs for Returning / Exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
