The Role:
As a Production Manager, the key responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing high-quality materials and products at affordable prices, negotiating with suppliers to meet customer demands, and securing the best quality and lowest costs. The role also involves receiving and packaging merchandise to ensure optimal condition, adhering to company standards.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Acquiring/purchasing materials and products.
- Searching for new suppliers and negotiating deals.
- Quality assuring and packaging merchandise.
Requirements:
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Passionate about the whole shoe-game.
- Problem solver and resourceful.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process considered a plus.
