Loafers is a local direct-to-consumer men’s footwear brand. Loafers has been designing unique, rugged and well-built shoes and boots for over four years. Born online but now branching out into physical stores.

The Role:

As a Retail Salesperson, the main responsibilities include opening and closing the store on time, ensuring racks are fully stocked, and managing inventory on both the system and store. The role also involves welcoming customers, assisting with purchases, and handling customer service needs in a professional and timely manner. Additional tasks include performing light cleaning and tidying, fulfilling online orders, and counting inventory regularly.

• Open and close the shop on time.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Manage inventory on both the system and store.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts.
• Fulfill online orders and dealing with couriers.

• Previous retail/customer service experience required.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Problem solver and resourceful.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experienced with MS Office.
• Passionate about footwear considered a plus.
