The Role

As a Social Media Moderator, the primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms, building brand loyalty through engagement, coordinating with courier companies for timely delivery, and providing a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role involves scheduling and posting content to keep the audience informed and engaged with the brand's products and services

 

Job Responsibilities

Moderating and handling sales on our social media platforms

Engaging with customers to build brand loyalty and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Coordinating and following up on orders with our courier company

Scheduling and posting content on our social media channels

 

Requirements

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experienced with MS Office

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
